Product characteristics

1. This 2 in 1 thick plate/material/coil YSL series Compact Decoiler and Straightener integrates the functions of uncoiling and straightening and is suitable for uncoiling and leveling of 1.0 ~ 6.0mm thick plate materials.

2. The feeding relaxation adopts pneumatic compression relaxation, which can produce enough tension to send the material to the straightening roller and rotate synchronously.

3. A flattening device is installed at the front end of the straightening feeding roller to ensure that the material head enters the straightening wheel smoothly.

4. The straightening drum adopts a high-power motor with worm gear reducer, and the sprocket chain is used to transfer the leveling materials to the straightener machine, which can produce a large leveling force. The frequency converter controls the running speed of the motor, which is convenient and reliable.

5. The upper and lower straightening rollers are synchronously driven by large module gears, with large straightening force, which does not rub the material surface and scratch the material. The fine-tuning part adopts worm gear fine-tuning device.
