High Precision Straightening Machine

JM4 series High Precision Straightening Machine features:

1. The leveling wheels are all made of SUJ2 imported materials, heat treated at about HRC60 °, then plated with hard chromium and ground to ensure the uniformity of hard chromium layer and the cylindricity tolerance of each shaft, high hardness, high wear resistance and long service life.

2. The leveling wheel adopts a total of 19 structures with 9 upper and 10 lower, which can better meet the leveling requirements of different materials.

3. The upper and lower leveling rollers are fully driven by gears to effectively avoid scratches, scratches and other defects.

4. The leveling adjustment of the machine adopts a floating four-point balance fine adjustment device with a dial indicator, which can quickly find the leveling position.

5. In addition to the upper and lower leveling rollers, the leveling auxiliary wheel can be installed inside the leveling machine to prevent the leveling roller from bending and deformation due to excessive pressure, strengthen the leveling strength and service life of the leveling roller, and improve the flatness requirements of the plate surface.

6. The leveling speed is controlled by the frequency converter, which can be adjusted freely with the feeding speed.

7. Small space, standard universal caster, which can adjust the machine position at any time to adapt to more stamping occasions.

8. Adopt the pneumatic openable design of the leveling part, and the opening angle can reach 30 °, which is convenient for the cleaning and maintenance of the roller.
