We design and produce double head decoilers with twin decoiling units. Double End Decoiler machine ranges start from 500 kg weight up to 12T coil. The thickness of coil material can be between 0,5 – 6,0 mm.

Decoilers with double head can reduce material handling time substantially. Having two mandrels allows the operator to keep second coil ready on the machine. When the uncoiling of the first coil is finished, the second coil can be connected to the line in a very short time. After connecting the new coil to the line, the operator will have a long time to load another coil. This is especially helpful in situations where the time is essential. Twin head decoilers are capable to uncoil from both heads.

Our heavy decoilers are equipped with the hold down arm to keep the coil tight during the uncoiling process. Hold up arm is also available for the thick materials. Additionally, the decoilers have brake system, to avoid the looseness of the coil material. For this purpose, we add also loop control device which is placed just under the coil.
