The principle of synchronization between the NC feeder and the punch is not complicated. In simple terms, the PLC of the NC feeder receives the angular shaft angle signal transmitted by the crankshaft encoder of the punch, realizes feeding and relaxation at the specified time sequence through calculation, so as to achieve the purpose of synchronous operation with the punch, ensuring the accuracy of each feeding and the reliability of stamping. The actual installation method of the NC servo feeder to achieve this effect is also very simple, Just connect two groups of cam signals (one is the feeding signal, the other is the relaxation signal) from the punch, and then connect them to the PLC in the NC feeding electrical control box. The PLC precisely controls the feeding action of the servo system, achieving perfect coordination with the press machines
